"I don't usually take the time to write a long review, but I truly appreciate the staff and providers at Mt McKinley Animal hospital. My sweet 130 pound arthritic lab would not enter the clinic because he refused to walk on the tile (I learned from the vet later it was related to his arthritis). I tried and tried but he would not budge through the door. I was embarrassed and thought they would cancel our appointment. But to my surprise the staff jumped into action. They brought out small welcome mats and formed a line all the way to the exam room. They did the same for him going back to radiology. And the Doctor was amazing. She addressed his pain among other needs. Thank you very much for going above and beyond to care for my dog!"
